Standard Home Inspection

FullScope inspections are a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior of your home. The home inspection is limited to the aspects of a property that are accessible at the time of the inspection.

Primary considerations in a home inspection are defined aspects of the plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing, and foundation systems, and more, plus any other conditions that might be required for home inspectors by New York State Law.

Radon Testing

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it is also the second leading cause of lung-cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Nearly 1 out of every 15 homes is estimated to have elevated radon levels. Testing is the only way to know if you and your family are at risk. Millions of American families have taken advantage of radon testing, and you should, too.

Water & Septic Testing

If your home is supplied by a well system, one of the most important inspections is water testing. The water will be tested for a variety of factors including water hardness and metals like lead, cadmium, and arsenic. If your home has a septic tank, should also be tested to ensure proper working order.
