What to Expect
A trained home inspector will inspect your home for 2 to 3 hours and provide a thorough visual home inspection of the structure and operating components of your prospective new or existing home. When the inspection is over, a Property Inspection Report will be provided to you.
FullScope Home Inspections are a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior of your home. The non invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and accessible areas of the structure, its systems and components.
Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the day of inspection.
